Trisha Hayman ~ Lyme Regis Artist

Inspired by nature and the natural world I paint highly detailed images in watercolour.

I am drawn to the raw edges of nature – the fragility of a skeleton leaf; the complexity of a bird’s feather; butterflies and the white-boned texture of animal skulls.

It is the unconsidered and expendable specimen that fascinates me.

I teach students in my studio in Lyme Regis and accept invitations to do workshops.

I have held solo and joint exhibitions in the South West and London; and taken part in Dorset Art Weeks.
